Scale Up Partners was formed as a partnership by combining the strengths of Legal Precision and Gabbott Consultancy. Both firms shared a passion for supporting small and scaling businesses, and we realised that together we could provide a more holistic approach to growth.
Scale Up Partners emerged out of a recognition that SMEs needed more than just piecemeal legal or HR services. They needed a partner who understands their journey and can provide tailored, pragmatic support to help them scale effectively.
Our vision is simple: to create a common platform that delivers both legal and HR expertise under one roof, making strategic support more accessible and effective for growing companies.

Petra Ribbens
Petra Ribbens is a globally recognized law professional, with more than 25 years’ experience as an attorney and corporate counsel both in Switzerland and Belgium, leading international legal teams at Fortune 500 companies. She is the founder-general counsel of Legal Precision, an international, Swiss-based fractional general counsel service provider, and the driving force behind Scale-Up Partners, a partnership between Legal Precision and Gabbott Consultancy which provides combined legal and HR support to fast-growing companies.
She is a trusted business partner, advisor and hands-on attorney, and a member of the Association of International Business Lawyers, and the Chambre de Commerce, d’Industrie et des Services de Genève, amongst many others.
Petra holds LLM and MBA degrees, is a certified member of the bar (titulaire du brevet d’avocat), and is a certified data protection officer (CNIL-GDPR).
Müge Gabbott
Müge Gabbott is an HR advisor with more than 20+ years of international HR management.
Müge founded Swiss-based Gabbott Consultancy to provide consultancy services in human resources services and performance management. Gabbott Consultancy is the exclusive partner of International OKR Institute in Switzerland, providing OKR certifications.
Prior to founding Gabbott Consultancy, Müge served as the global HR Director in an international organisation, headquarters based in Switzerland. She oversaw operations in 25 countries, working closely with C-level executives as a Board Member.
Müge holds an MBA degree from Esslingen University in Germany, Executive Development Program in IMD, Lausanne in addition to her Industrial Engineering degree from Marmara University, Istanbul. She is a certified OKR coach, accredited by OKR Institute.
