Our client, an growing established medical sector consultancy has reached out to Scale-Up Partners legal engine with an array of queries touching at the same time employment and social security law matters, HR management, and the client’s corporate set-up. Petra brought in Müge Gabbott, and together, Scale-Up Partners, assisted our client with reviewing the founding partners’ agreement, the comp and benefits incentives’ structure, the drafting of – and training on – a new employee handbook at the initial phase.
